ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON ALL ORDERS

All patterns sold through Thelma Quilts are digital PDF downloads. No physical products will be mailed.

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a pattern has been purchased and delivered electronically, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

If you experience any issues accessing your file, downloading your pattern, or if you have questions about the instructions, please reach out. I am always happy to help and ensure you can successfully use your purchase.
